Booking and cancelling

• Bonifacio High Street: Cancel or move free up to 1 day before. After that a late cancellation is 50% of the service, and a no-show is 100% of the service.
• Legazpi Village: Cancel or move free up to 1 day before. After that a late cancellation is 50% of the service, and a no-show is 100% of the service.

Arriving late

We keep your chair for 15 minutes. After that we may shorten the service to stay on time for the next client, or offer you the next free time. Past 15 minutes with no word, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Colour and the patch test

Permanent and semi-permanent colour need an allergy (patch) test at least 48 hours before the appointment. It is free, takes five minutes and is valid for six months. Without a valid test we cannot apply the colour, for your safety — we will offer you another time or a service that does not need one.

Prices, discounts and service charge

• Prices depend on the stylist’s level and are shown on the menu. Services marked “on consultation” are confirmed by your stylist before they begin.
• Senior citizens and persons with disability receive the 20% discount and VAT exemption the law provides on their own services, on presenting a valid ID.
• Legazpi Village adds a 5% service charge, distributed in full to its staff.
• Your official receipt is issued at the desk for every payment.

If you are not happy

Tell us within seven days and we will fix it: a free redo with your stylist or another, at a time that suits you. Products bought from us that are faulty can be returned or exchanged, as the Consumer Act provides.

Memberships and gift cards

Each plan’s terms — what it gives, how long an unused credit keeps, pausing, notice to cancel — are on the memberships page and on the card you take home. Gift cards are valid for the period printed on them and are not exchangeable for cash.

Using this website

This website is run by Fleur Salon. The prices, times and waits it shows come from the salon’s own system and are correct when shown; a time is yours only once your booking is confirmed. Please do not misuse the forms or try to read another person’s booking. The photographs are illustrations. See our privacy notice for how your details are handled.
